Shipping Methods & Costs

If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received with clear credit authorization by 12:00:00 P.M. CST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States and Canada. Limitations Orders will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Tracking Tracking information for your order can be emailed to your email address provided. If no email address is provided, you can request tracking information through our website customer service page or by phone. Shipping confirmation and tracking information is accessible from your order history on our website when it becomes available. (This information may not be available for up to 3 full business days after an item is shipped from our warehouse.) Order confirmation numbers are assigned to ship almost immediately and will appear in an email containing order details. However, the package may not be checked into the delivering carrier’s tracking system for up to 3 full business days after shipment. Orders placed on www.nutragenerx.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Tracking availability varies according to the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during checkout, and the carrier delivering your item(s). Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that doesn’t offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, your order history on www.nutragenerx.com will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details. Order Status
In order to determine the status of your order, simply do the following:

How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order is supplied by www.nutragenerx.com, and represents what happens with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges require authorization, must be pre-approved by Nutragenerx, and be received within 14 business days of authorization of the return. It is the policy of Nutragenerx not to accept returned merchandise. However, return authorization may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Nutragenerx may refuse to accept a returned product that does not have a visible return authorization form.
No product credit will be issued until the returned product has been received and processed.
A processing fee/restocking fee may be applied to each returned product. Shipping costs on returned products will be paid by the customer, unless those costs are waived by Nutragenerx staff when return authorization is approved.
Nutragenerx does not generally accept returns on products that have had the safety seal (heat induction seal) opened or removed. If the damage to the product seal was caused by damage to the package during transit, a claim should be filed with the carrier immediately. If there is damage to the product without damage to the package, please inform the Nutragenerx customer service department to coordinate with them for a return/exchange.
After coordinating with Nutragenerx customer service for return/exchange, an email confirmation will be provided for any specific items being returned, also articulating fees for shipping and restocking. A shipping label attached to this email must be printed and visible on the outside of the box. To assist with providing a low-cost shipping label, please provide us with the dimensions of the box you will be using to return the product.
These Terms of Sale can be revised at any time should it be determined it is in the best interests of Nutragenerx to do so.

When a discrepancy exists between the quantity of items ordered and the quantity received, Nutragenerx must be notified within 7 business days of receipt of the shipment.
If a customer places an order online, then refuses to accept delivery of the order due to customer error, the customer may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 15% and full shipping charges.

Minimum Advertised Price Policy
The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) is the price designated for each product in Nutragenerx’s current retail price list. The MAP for each product is set by Nutragenerx and not subject to negotiation.
The MAP policy applies to all wholesale customers selling Nutragenerx products online, including those who own, operate, or manage websites or online storefronts, clinics, or pharmacies.
This MAP policy prohibits volume discounts or other promotions that would cause the unit price to be advertised at less than Nutragenerx’s designated retail price. The MAP policy applies to the advertised price of Nutragenerx products in all media, including – but not limited to – flyers, posters, coupons, emails, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, radio, television, and the Internet.
Nutragenerx reserves the right not to sell its dietary supplement products to any customer affiliated with a website that violates its MAP policy. Violation of Nutragenerx's MAP policy may result in suspension of a customer's account.
If a practitioner fails to comply with the MAP policy, a Nutragenerx representative will notify them of the violation via phone and/or email, and may place the practitioner's account on hold until the online pricing has come into compliance.
If a practitioner repeats the violation, Nutragenerx reserves the right to immediately revoke the practitioner’s wholesale purchasing privileges and, without notice, take any additional action it deems necessary against the practitioner violating the policy.
The MAP policy does not apply to advertising done directly from the practitioner's office to their private patient base.
Internet Policy
Any customer violating Nutragenerx's Internet policy will receive a 10-day advance written notice from Nutragenerx that they are in violation of the policy and will be unable to purchase Nutragenerx products after the end of the 10-day notice period. After the 10-day notice period, the customer will no longer be able to purchase Nutragenerx products and will no longer be authorized to resell Nutragenerx products on their website.
If a customer corrects their website to bring it into compliance with this policy, they should promptly notify Nutragenerx. Nutragenerx will then review the website, and if they decide the website has been brought into compliance with this policy, the customer's account will be reactivated.
Nutragenerx has adopted a zero-tolerance approach to this policy. Customers acknowledge that upon any subsequent breach of any provision of this policy, Nutragenerx may terminate the customer's account without notice.
Nutragenerx may, at its sole discretion, revise its Internet policy at any time. Any failure or delay by Nutragenerx in enforcing a provision of its Internet policy will not be considered a waiver of such provision and will not prevent Nutragenerx from enforcing the provision at a later date.
Liability
In an effort to protect its customers and Nutragenerx from potential legal liability due to the regulatory requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission regarding disease claims that could be associated with its dietary supplements, Nutragenerx products may not be displayed or mentioned within two clicks of any disease claim.
Nutragenerx will periodically review a customer’s website and reserves the right to require a customer to change their website regarding any disease claim involving a Nutragenerx product, even if Nutragenerx has previously approved or accepted the customer’s website or the material displayed thereon.
